Vegan options
Our chef John has been experimenting with meat replacements to produce some more interesting vegan options.
Today’s mock lamb tagine was really tasty and staff who tried it agreed that the texture was just like lamb.
There were meatballs on offer for the meat eaters plus the usual soup (broccoli), salads and peach and cherry mouse, yoghurt and fruit (water melon or fresh pineapple) for desserts.
